Tortosa

Tortosa was comprised of 342 partially finished lots. Acquired in 2012, the project was part of stalled Master Planned Community Maricopa, Arizona, 25 minutes south of central Phoenix. There was a new Joint Development Agreement formed with the surrounding lot owners and a new Development Agreement recorded with the City of Maricopa. The lots were sold to a local Phoenix developer in 2018.
