Verdugo

Verdugo was a 173-acre site located in the City of Surprise in Northwest Phoenix, Arizona. The site was purchased off-market from a land banker in 2012 as raw land and re-entitled for 628 Single-Family residential units. The project was sold to a Phoenix home builder in 2018.
